This four-bedroom, Spanish, family villa is situated in the established Covatelles area of Javea. It has an open aspect that looks across the valley towards the Montgo Mountain. The 10 x 5m private swimming pool is surrounded by lawn and patio areas, making it perfectly suitably for children.
Entrance to the property is through its own gates and access to the villa is into the comfortably furnished living / dining room where there is a television and DVD Player.
From the living room, there is access to the large covered terrace with steps that lead down to the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. On the lower ground floor there is a utility room with washing machine.
From the dining room, a hall leads to three twin-bedrooms sharing a bath / shower room and a double en-suite bedroom.
