This remarkable family villa is set with a backdrop of the Montgo mountain. Though peaceful and secluded it is close to all amenities. Entrance into the grounds is through large gates into ample secure parking. Into the villa through the reception hall leads you into the large sitting room and dining room, fully furnished and with satellite television. The large kitchen is fitted with all 'mod-cons' including a dishwasher. A utility room houses a washing machine.

In total there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The very large master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The other upstairs double bedroom has its own bathroom. The two twin bedrooms downstairs share a further bathroom and both lead out onto the pool terrace.

Outside, the grounds are large and ideal to provide the sense of seclusion one needs to unwind. The ample sun loungers ensure that you can enjoy the sun in comfort all day on the pool patio or indeed, move into the shaded naya. There is a built-in barbeque and two wonderful shaded eating areas for you to relax in.

There are two restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than one mile away. The old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open air market is only 2 kilometres away. A further 1 kilometre brings you either to Javea's port area or to the beautiful sandy Arenal beach.
