Casa Tranquila is a beautiful family home set in large attractive gardens with its own private pool in the Montgo Valley area of Javea. The grounds are fully enclosed and provide plenty of secure parking. The highlight of the villa is the beautiful secluded pool area surrounded by terraces. There are many shaded areas from which you can enjoy the views across the valley or indeed the spectacular Montgo mountain. From the naya you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining while looking down on the pool area. There is ample sunbathing space and sunloungers around the pool and, of course, a barbeque.
Entrance to the villa leads directly into the tastefully furnished sitting room with satellite television and a dining area. The large traditional kitchen is complete with cooker, fridge and washing machine. The master bedroom, with a kingsize bed, has ample room for an extra bed or cot and has an ensuite bathroom. There are also two twin bedrooms that share a further bathroom.
The villa is only one mile from the beautiful old town of Javea with its market, shops, bars and restaurants. A further mile brings you to Javea's golden sandy beach, shops and restaurants or to the picturesque port.
