This magnificent 3 bedroom villa is located in the Toscal area of Javea. The large gardens make this the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful area or indeed, for children to play within the large grassed areas.
Entrance into the villa is through the enclosed naya which leads to the sitting room, kitchen , three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The sitting room is large and beautifully furnished and has satellite television. The modern kitchen is complete with fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all 'mod-cons'. The two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The large master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The gardens are mature and fully enclosed with a large pool with roman steps. There is a barbeque on the patio surrounding the pool and ample sun loungers to allow you to soak up the sun. The outside table and chairs, with plenty of shade is just the setting for 'al fresco' dining. There is enclosed parking.
The villa is only 5 minutes walk from a number of restaurants and a supermarket. Javea town with its wonderful long sandy beach, and shops and restaurants, is only 2 mins drive away. The beautiful scenic port area is only another couple of minutes away while the historic old town with its traditional narrow streets and an indoor and an outdoor market is also close by.
