Casa Heide is a beautiful Spanish Finca located only two miles from the beach and the town of Javea. The garden is very large and the whole ambience is one of peace and tranquility.
Entrance into the garden is through large gates and with secure parking. The 9m x 5m pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by spacious lawns with a number of seating areas, some of which are shaded. There is a sizeable patio which is ideal for sunbathing or for enjoying a barbecue on those warm Spanish evenings.
Entrance into the villa is via a double sitting room that is equipped with satellite television. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with all mod-cons, including a dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
In all, there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. Downstairs there is one double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Upstairs is a large master double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and has a bath and a shower.
There is a large open terrace with beautiful views and very private sunbathing.
Overall the villa is of a very high standard.
Javea itself is only a 5-minute drive away and is separated into three main areas. The Arenal, with it's beautiful sandy beaches, bars and restaurants; the port (puerto) with it's fish markets and promenade, and the old town (pueblo) with it's quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings.
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are one hours drive away.
