A spacious and comfortable living / dining room equipped with satellite television has ample seating and leads through patio doors out onto a covered terrace for sitting in the shade over looking the 10 x 5m swimming pool. There is a hot and cold outside shower and portable barbeque.
The gardens have been professionally landscaped with a tropical theme and have lawned and graveled areas with exotic palm and fruit trees.
The main bedroom has a beautiful four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom; two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a bath / shower room. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and all are furnished to a high standard.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurant and the ‘Jade resort’ with tennis, crazy golf and children’s play area.
The stunning cove at Cala Granadella and the small secluded Ambola beach, which is recognised by the naturist community for its privacy, but mainly used as a fabulous sun trap for a beautiful all over body tan, is a ten-minute drive away.
The Arenal, with its blue-flagged sandy beach, bars and restaurants, the Port, with its fish market and promenade, and the old town, with its quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings is less than a ten-minute drive away.
