There is a large fully fitted kitchen, and utility room with easy access to the garden.
A large, well furnished comfortable lounge /dining room with feature fireplace, TV and satellite system, provides every home-from-home comfort.
A private conservatory and open patio are accessed through the dining area for that afternoon snooze or the book you can't put down. For the more energetic, perhaps a visit to the games room and the dart board, pool table and table tenis tables.
From the dining room, patio doors lead you to an open naya that overlooks the beautiful 10 x 5 metre swimming pool and BBQ area surrounded by lawn and a mature garden with palm trees providing shade from the heat of the day.
Casa Fina offers privacy and space combined with all the comforts of home and is ideal for whiling away the days in the many patios and shady corners, and lounging around the pool to catch the last rays of sunshine.
There are many restaurants nearby, some only a 2 minute drive away.
The Javea Golf Course, Arenal blue flagged beach and the historical town and port of Javea are only a 5 minute drive away.
There is a charge of £60 per for 2 large bottles of gas for villa heating in the winter months, all extra bottles will be charged as used. If you require the pool heated there is a charge of £70 per week.
