Casa Naranja is a beautiful Spanish style family home, located only a few miles from the beach and all amenities. The garden is very large and the whole ambience is one of peace and tranquility.
Entrance into the garden is through large gates and with secure parking. The 10m x 5m pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace. There is a sizeable patio equipped with a built in barbecue.
Entrance to the villa accesses the living and dining room with plenty of seating area. The American style kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven and hob and microwave. There is a small utility area housing the washing machine next to the kitchen.
On this level there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with seperate shower room.
Leading from the living room are stairs to the second level, having another double bedroom and twin bedroom both of which share a bath/shower room. There is a terrace leading from the landing with beautiful views across the valley to the Cumbre Mountain.
