Notes on accommodation: There is plenty of car parking space inside the grounds. The villa is situated on a no through road, so has no through traffic. It has central heating so can be used all year. Outside: Large enclosed, flat lawns totally surround the villa, (great for ball games) and a private 10m x 4m pool which stays sunny all day, but also has shaded seating area and sunbeds, wind out awnings and hurricane blinds. Overlooking the pool is a dining pergola which is lit for evening dining and has a large Weber gas BBQ. The upstairs terrace dining facilities and has wind out awnings with stunning views down the valley and beautiful sunsets. The garden has orange and lemon trees which you are more than welcome to pluck if you see ripe ones..! Utility Room: The washing machine is located in the garage, just next to the kitchen and with easy access to the outdoor washing line. The is also an iron and board and additional fridge/freezer in the garage to cope with any overspill from the kitchen.
