This Spanish finca located in Benitachell stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking. There are established lemon, almond and palm trees and plenty of space in the large garden.
There is a 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, safe areas for children to play and a covered terrace that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining.
Entry to the villa is via a living room that is equipped with satellite television and CD player. To the left are the two double en-suite bedrooms and the kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, oven hob and microwave.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

The Arenal, with its blue-flagged sandy beach, bars and restaurants, the Port, with its fish market and promenade, and the old town, with its quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings is less than a ten-minute drive away.
